Affordable Property Management Inc. (APM) provides property management services to residential buildings in Ontario, Canada. They provide management services to over 2,500 units of residential housing in areas such as Toronto, York Region, Peel Region and Durham Region. APM needed help to improve their business security and productivity, so they approached SolarIT Solutions to provide the in-house and remote support services.
Situation:
Employees' systems ran into issues and required service but the required onsite and remote support was not in place.
Solution:
SolarIT’s technical team analyzed all of APM’s systems and produced reports on all the APM’s technical assets. Once the assets were assessed SolarIT updated all the systems to the required industry standard specifications.
We implemented remote management softwares to monitor, upgrade and troubleshoot each system remotely. Once this methodology was implemented SolarIT tracked all of APM’s systems and the system behaviours. We were able to pinpoint and find any computers that were malfunctioning and / or at a point of failure before computers caused any issues to the user.
Our team are able to gain access to user’s computers and workstations whenever they are required with the help of our remote support system and fix any issues. There are times when workstations require in person support which our team will then go onsite and provide the necessary support to troubleshoot any issues.
The majority of the issues are related to printers, emails, softwares setup which are remotely installed. When there are times that email servers are not responding, SolarIT can communicate with the service provider on behalf of the company and troubleshoot the email service issues.
